Lynn Klein

Lynn Klein has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Lynn began their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1989 as a Personnel Function Specialist/Management Support. In this role, Lynn provided HR expertise and consulting to managers and teams in HP's Corporate Offices. Lynn was responsible for employee relations, change management, workforce and diversity strategies, performance management, compensation consulting, government/legal compliance, and team facilitation. Lynn partnered with HP's shared services organization to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and service to the business.

In 1998, Lynn Klein left Hewlett-Packard to become the Human Resources Manager at AFFINA. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company. This included recruiting, retention, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, HRIS systems, and compliance. Lynn focused on creating and enhancing HR processes, systems and activities to support the strategic objectives of the business.

In 2008, Lynn Klein became the Director of Human Resources at Hinduja Global Solutions. In this role, they provided leadership and direction in recruiting, retention, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, HRIS systems, and compliance. Lynn again focused on creating and enhancing HR processes, systems and activities to support the strategic objectives of the business.

Lynn Klein is currently the Human Resources Generalist at NEWALDAYA LIFESCAPES. In this role, they are responsible for recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Lynn Klein received a BA in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa.
