Gerrine Fernhout serves as the HR Manager for Neways Leeuwarden at Neways Electronics International NV since March 2019, with additional responsibilities as Global Manager Talent Acquisition and HR Manager for Neways Technologies. Active in various leadership roles, Gerrine is a board member at De Brug, a practical education institution, and serves as chairperson for the Wijkraad Binnenstad Zaltbommel and the Rotary Club Zaltbommel. With extensive experience in learning and development, Gerrine held positions as owner and manager at multiple organizations, providing strategic support in HRM and HRD. Education includes studies at AIHR, ICM opleidingen & trainingen, and Business School Nederland, culminating in a Post HBO degree in Opleidingskunde.
