Rajat Hebbare

Rajat Hebbare is an experienced manufacturing quality professional currently serving as the Manufacturing Quality Team Leader at Neways Electronics International NV since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rajat held various positions at GKN Aerospace, including Supplier Manufacturing and Quality Manager and Team Lead Manufacturing Engineer, managing teams of engineers and collaborating closely with procurement and manufacturing departments. Rajat's earlier experience includes working as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, a Production Engineer at Contour Covering Technology BV, and graduate research roles at MARIN and Wageningen UR. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology.
