The Engineering Team at Neways is responsible for developing and engineering client-specific electronic components and systems, ensuring their efficient integration into industrial, medical, aviation, automotive, defense, semiconductor, and telecommunications applications. This team oversees the entire lifecycle, including initial design, development, testing, and manufacturing of micro-electronics, PCBs, and complete electronic box-built systems. Key roles focus on advanced power systems, process engineering, data migration, electro-mechanical design, and software development for medical devices, reflecting the team's broad expertise and central role in delivering customized electronic solutions.
