Cole Neuman

Cole Neuman is a Chicago Associate at Newbanks, Inc. since January 2019, with over two years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, providing consulting services for various lenders. Previously, Cole served as Engineer 1 at Perry & Associates, LLC from June 2017 to February 2019, designing structural components for educational, commercial, and residential projects, as well as drafting structural drawings and reports. Prior internships included roles at Lendlease, contributing to the Riverline Building D project, and at RHMG Engineers, Inc., where Cole assisted in municipal engineering projects. Cole began the career with a civil engineering internship at the Village of Buffalo Grove, supporting public works initiatives and infrastructure projects. Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Purdue University, completed in May 2017.
