Cyndi Cathey is an experienced IT Service Delivery Program Manager with a strong background in leading technology development and support initiatives. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Newberry Group since September 2019, Cyndi brings extensive experience from IBM, where roles included Service Delivery Program Manager, Delivery Project Executive, and Customer Service Transition Lead. Throughout this career, Cyndi has played a key role in managing IT services across complex environments, overseeing cost management and headcount negotiations, and successfully transitioning large-scale service desk projects. Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking from Regis University and an Associate of Arts Degree from Aims Community College.
