Kamila Farshchi

Kamila Farshchi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing information technology operations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at The Newberry since November 2019, Kamila oversees IT infrastructure for over 200 employees and leads a 7-member team implementing strategic policies and best practices. Prior to this role, Kamila held similar leadership positions at The Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, managing helpdesk support and maintaining complex IT systems. Additional experience includes roles at Integrated Resource Technologies, Inc. and Raymond Professional Group, where responsibilities spanned from LAN administration to supporting a large user base across multiple operating systems. Kamila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, Architecture from Western Michigan University.
