Cindy Kaiser-Meakem, CHES, has extensive experience in counseling and public health, currently serving as a Counselor Intern at NewBridge Services, Inc. since 2015 and at the Center for Prevention and Counseling since 2013, where responsibilities include providing educational life skills to individuals struggling with addiction and facilitating groups at Sussex County Jail. Additionally, as the Northern Regional Coordinator for the Tobacco Free for a Healthy NJ initiative since 2010, Cindy works on promoting smoke-free environments across municipalities in northern New Jersey, supported by CDC funding. Cindy's educational background includes a Master of Science in Psychology from Kaplan University, a CADC in Drug and Alcohol Counseling from Passaic County Community College, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from William Paterson University of New Jersey, highlighting a solid foundation in both mental health and substance abuse counseling.
