Anne D'Amico

Anne D'Amico is an experienced educator with a background in special education, currently serving as a 5th grade ICT teacher at Newburgh Enlarged City School District since November 2016, after previously teaching 8th grade Integrated Co-teaching and Resource Room. Prior to this role, Anne spent nearly a decade at the NYC Department of Education as a special education teacher at Renaissance High School for Musical Theatre and Technology, instructing students in grades 9-12. Anne's professional journey also includes experience in media, having worked as a Yankees Radio Producer at WCBS-AM and as a producer at Sirius Satellite Radio, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating broadcasts to booking guests and running the audio board. Anne holds a Master of Science in Education from Mercy University, along with a Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies from Fordham University.
