Charlotte Wood

Charlotte Wood currently works at Newbury Building Society, starting in July 2017 as a Customer Service Adviser and progressing to become a Field Trainer. Charlotte then transitioned to their current role as Mortgage Payment Support Adviser and later as Mortgage Payment Support Manager starting from May 2020. Prior to their time at Newbury Building Society, Charlotte worked at VUE CINEMAS (UK) LIMITED as a Customer Assistant. Charlotte completed their education at Queen Mary's College from 2014 to 2016.
