Matt Smith

Matt Smith currently serves as the Interim Chief Risk Officer at Newbury Building Society, a role assumed in July 2024. Prior to this, Matt worked as a Consultant at OneSavings Bank plc, assisting in a transformation project. Matt's career has a strong foundation in risk management and financial roles, previously holding director positions at Aldermore Bank and serving in various managerial roles at HSBC Equipment Finance and HSBC.
