Rachel Blake is a Maths and English Program Leader at Newbury College since March 2023, with a history of leadership and educational roles. As a co-founder of the Witney Feminist Community since March 2019, Rachel focuses on social education related to equality and diversity. Prior experience includes serving as a Functional Skills Tutor at Pearson TQ and a teacher of Functional Skills and GCSE Maths at G4S. Earlier teaching roles span across various institutions, delivering maths education to adults and lecturing in GCSE English and Astronomy. Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The Open University and a Foundation Degree in Education and Training from Abingdon and Witney College. Rachel was also a speaker at the Feminism in London Conference and has experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant and a Care Worker.
