Megan Fritz

Megan Fritz has extensive experience in property management and banking, currently serving as Compliance Director and EIV Coordinator for Newbury Living since January 2021. In these roles, Megan oversees compliance for a HUD/Tax Credit property managing 134 units, and previously held positions as Senior Property Manager and Property Manager. Prior to Newbury Living, Megan worked at Two Rivers Bank & Trust from December 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included Ops Specialist, Senior Branch Manager, and Branch Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Loan Officer at Casebine Community Credit Union from April 2011 to December 2015. Education was completed at Southeastern Community College.
