Cristen Jensen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cristen recently joined Newbury Partners as a Front Office Implementation Consultant in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Airswift from 2011 to 2022 in various roles. Cristen started as a Project Coordinator, where they managed day-to-day workflows, prepared documents, and assisted recruitment consultants and managers. Subsequently, they became an Account Manager, responsible for providing and supporting engineering manpower services for major capital projects. Cristen also worked as a Lead Service Consultant, Business Analyst, and finally as a Track Supervisor before joining Newbury Partners.

Cristen Jensen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from The University of Texas at Austin, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
