Joseph Calzone IV has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Joseph started their career as a Sales Associate at AFLAC INSURANCE COMPANY, where they traveled to local businesses, organized appointments, and educated potential customers on the company's product line.

Joseph then worked as a Writing Tutor at the Roger Williams University Center for Academic Development, where they provided one-on-one sessions to students, assessing and correcting deviations from standard grammatical conventions.

At the Roger Williams University Gabelli School of Business, Joseph worked as a Tutor, specializing in Economics, Accounting, and Finance. Joseph tailored course material to suit students' comprehension levels and helped increase their proficiency in the subjects.

Joseph collaborated with sales engineers, clients, and development teams to gather technical requirements, provide comprehensive solutions, and identify how Bullhorn's capabilities could help solve clients' business problems.

In their most recent role as a Solutions Architect at Salsify, Joseph led technical analysis, scoping, design, and solutioning for the implementation of Salsify product offerings. Joseph partnered with Project Managers to deliver projects accurately, timely, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Currently, Joseph is the Vice President Front Office at Newbury Partners, where they manage a team of 15 consultants across the US and UK. Joseph coordinates resourcing and delivery to front office clients and ensures timely and budget-conscious implementation of Bullhorn products. Joseph also provides training on Bullhorn ATS, VMS, Herefish, Onboarding, and Bullhorn Back Office products to consultants.

Joseph Calzone IV completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a focus on International Business, from Roger Williams University. Joseph attended the university from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the same university during the same period. Furthermore, in 2009 and 2010, Joseph studied Business Administration at Institut Commercial de Nancy.
