Joshua Granville has extensive experience in the technology and data field. Joshua started their career as a Database Production Analyst at Adheris, Inc. in 2010. At Epsilon, they worked as a Database Developer Associate, Database Developer II, and Senior Database Developer from 2013 to 2015. Joshua played a critical role in developing and implementing automated ETL processes and worked as the lead developer on multiple clients. Granville then joined Bullhorn as a Data Engineering Team Lead, overseeing critical data-related initiatives for large enterprise clients. Joshua was responsible for ETL processes, data migrations, and query optimization. In 2016, they joined Firebrand Technologies as an Integration Specialist, focusing on migrating data from legacy systems and optimizing existing code. Joshua continued this optimization work as a contractor. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Technology / Partner at Newbury Partners, where they lead the Data, Dev, and Product teams and manages infrastructure. Joshua has spearheaded initiatives to enhance data security and awareness and developed custom applications for reporting and monitoring.

Joshua Granville completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Joshua then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Applied Data Science at Syracuse University, where they completed their studies from 2019 to 2021.
