Sara Moss

Sara Moss has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Sara is currently working as a VP Technology Advisory at Newbury Partners since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Consultant at the same company from September 2020 to February 2022.

From February 2021 to February 2022, Sara worked as a Senior Advisory Consultant at Talent Tech Labs, where they provided custom research, actionable insights, and decision support for recruiting leaders in the corporate and staffing industries.

Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Erecruit Services Practice at Bullhorn from October 2019 to April 2020, and as Vice President of Staffing Best Practices at Erecruit from September 2013 to October 2019.

Sara also has experience as the Co-founder and President of The Code Works Inc., a consulting company focused on technology strategy and software development. Sara worked in this role from October 2003 to September 2013, consulting with staffing firms on strategic technology options and staffing software selection.

In addition, they have prior experience as the Director of Enterprise Projects at Lavastorm from July 2000 to September 2003, where they successfully delivered custom enterprise-class Internet and wireless systems.

Sara began their career at US West in June 1991, where they worked as a Manager of Strategic Planning & Engineering until October 1996. Prior to that, they served as a Manager of Next Generation Telecom Networks at Accenture from July 1997 to June 2000, where they provided process and information technology strategy consulting for telecom and media companies.

Throughout their career, Sara Moss has demonstrated their expertise in technology advisory, consulting, project management, and strategic planning.

Sara Moss completed their education from 1985 to 1991 at Washington State University. Sara earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering during this period. Additionally, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Science from the same university. Sara later obtained additional certifications, such as Human-Centered Systems Thinking from IDEO U in May 2023 and the World Staffing Summit 2022 certification from the World Staffing Summit in January 2022.
