Jordan Coates

Jordan Coates is an experienced sales and partnerships professional currently serving as the Head of Sales at Newbury Racecourse since September 2022. In this role, Jordan manages a high-performing team focused on sponsorship, hospitality, and ticketing, while establishing long-term relationships with high-revenue partners. Prior to this, Jordan held the position of Head of Partnerships at Worcester Warriors, where responsibilities included partner acquisition and contract negotiation. As a Client Relationship Manager at Ascot Racecourse, Jordan led a team to develop business plans for partnership sales and successfully sourced key sponsorships. Jordan began a career at The Jockey Club, progressing from Regional Business Development Executive to Senior Regional Business Development Executive, successfully managing substantial client accounts and mentoring a team. Jordan's educational background includes attendance at Duke of Yorks Royal Military School from 2006 to 2011.
