Rekha Ladwa

Rekha Ladwa has a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in various leadership roles. Rekha most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Newby Teas (U.K.) Ltd, where they were responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and implementation of a new system. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Controller/Project Manager at Coleman UK Ltd, where they led a cross-functional team to improve profitability. Rekha also served as a Finance & Operations Controller at Aero Products International Ltd, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and audit processes. Rekha has previous experience as a Senior Management Accountant at Ralph Lauren and The Disney Store, and as a Business Analyst at The Magic Travel Group.

Rekha Ladwa completed their education at BPP College from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Management Accountancy under the CIMA program. Prior to that, from 1978 to 1980, they attended Kenyatta University and obtained a degree in Accountancy and IT, specializing in Accounting.
