Chris Keay

Chris Keay has extensive experience in the field of risk management. Chris began their career as the Assistant Director of Operational Risk at Northern Rock in 2007 and later served as the Group Head of Operational Risk at Standard Life plc from 2008 to 2011. Chris then held various interim roles in risk management at companies such as RBS Insurance, Willis, and CPP Group plc. In 2013, Keay worked as a Transition Risk Assurance specialist at Direct Line Group before joining Newcastle Building Society in 2018. At Newcastle Building Society, they have held roles such as Chief Risk Officer and Interim Chief Risk Officer. In addition to their work at Newcastle Building Society, Keay has also worked as an Interim Risk Consultant at The Pensions Trust and as an Interim Risk Consultant at Old Mutual Wealth Management.
