Kathryn McLaughlin

Kathryn McLaughlin has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and media relations. Kathryn started their career as a PR Consultant in 1994 and continued in that role until 2008. Kathryn then joined Engage Mutual Assurance as a PR Manager and later became the Media Relations Manager. In 2015, they joined OneFamily as the Head of Media Relations. Currently, they are working at Newcastle Building Society as the Head of Communications, where they lead a high-performing team and is responsible for the communication and community strategy to deliver the group objectives.

Kathryn McLaughlin has a combined honours degree in English with Communications and Cultural Studies from the University of Birmingham. Prior to that, they attended Edward Orme High School, but their degree name and field of study during that time are unknown.
