Michael Conville has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career at Northern Rock in 2001 as a Mortgage Underwriter and progressed through various roles such as Intermediary Sales Compliance Manager, Manager of Intermediary Support Unit, and Senior Manager of Intermediary Retention. In 2008, they joined Newcastle Building Society and held positions as Senior Underwriting Manager, Head of Mortgage Operations, and currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer.

Michael Conville attended St Joseph's Comprehensive from 1986 to 1991 for their high school education. After completing their high school education, they pursued a degree in Humanities from Nottingham Trent University from 1994 to 1997. Following this, they attended South Tyneside College from 1991 to 1993 and obtained an A level degree in English Language and Literature, General. In 2010, they enrolled in Northumbria University and completed a Diploma in Management Studies in 2011.
