Natalie Mortimer

Natalie Mortimer has had a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Natalie most recently served as the Head of Customer Outcomes at Newcastle Building Society since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Compliance UK at Aberdein Considine from January 2020 to June 2021. Natalie also has extensive experience at Virgin Money, where they held various roles including Head of Risk, Compliance & Quality, Head of Risk & Compliance, Conduct Risk Assurance Manager, and Regulatory Risk Assurance Consultant. Before joining Virgin Money, Natalie worked at Northern Rock as a Compliance Monitoring Specialist and Financial Crime Investigator.

Natalie Mortimer has a diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association, which they earned with merit in the years 2014-2015. In 2015-2016, they attended the Institute of Financial Services and completed a certificate program in Consumer Debt Collection. Additionally, in 2011, Natalie also obtained two certificates from the International Compliance Association, one in Financial Crime and another in Anti-Money Laundering.
