Patrick Westmuckett is an experienced compliance and regulatory professional with a career spanning over two decades in the insurance sector. Currently, Patrick serves as the Head of Claims Conduct and Customer Outcomes at RSA since April 2020, after holding the position of Senior Regulatory Lead. Prior to joining RSA, Patrick was the Director at Double T Compliance Solutions from August 2017 to May 2020. Patrick's earlier experience includes a decade at Zurich Insurance plc, where roles included Compliance Advice & Policy Manager, Compliance Assurance Manager, and Compliance Assurance Consultant, focusing on compliance strategies across various regulatory frameworks. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Literary Studies from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 1992 and 1995.
