Sarah Walton has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead at Newcastle Building Society since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah spent over a decade at Tesco Bank, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Customer Assist Team Manager and ultimately to Customer Assist Technical Manager.
