Kev Howourth

Kev Howourth has extensive experience in programme management and talent scouting within both governmental and sports sectors. Currently, Kev serves as a Programme Lead and Business Engagement Manager at the Cabinet Office, having held multiple roles since April 2019, including Postings Lead and Project Coordinator. In the sports industry, Kev is currently a Scout for Newcastle United Football Club and was previously a First Team Scout for Kilmarnock Football Club. Additionally, Kev has significant recruitment experience as the Head of Recruitment at Newcastle Elite Academy, focusing on identifying and fostering football talent. Previously, Kev held roles ranging from Operations Manager at Shetland Arts to Senior Commercial at Wood Group PSN and has a solid educational background with degrees from the University of Stirling and the University of Huddersfield.
