Andrew Bevan

Andrew Bevan is an experienced professional in organisational development and licensing within the nuclear sector. Currently serving as the Head of Organisational Development and Licensing at newcleo since May 2023, Andrew previously held the position of Licensing Manager at Sizewell C from May 2021 to May 2023. Andrew's career includes a role as Interim Permissions, Consents and Regulatory Interface Manager at the UK Atomic Energy Authority, where responsibilities included defining regulatory strategies for the STEP Project. Additional experience includes serving as Key Supplier Manager at the UK Ministry of Defence, Nuclear Site Licensing Manager and Licensing Engineer at Horizon Nuclear Power, Project Inspector at the Office for Nuclear Regulation, and Design Engineer at Babcock Marine and Technology. Andrew holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Mechatronics from the University of Leeds, completed in 2003.
