Charles Owusu

Charles Owusu is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the System Admin Manager for newcleo since October 2022, Charles has previously held significant roles including IT Systems Administrator and Telephony SME at ZPG, and Senior Systems Administrator at ADG CORPORATE LTD, where responsibilities included managing server environments, data centre operations, and disaster recovery planning. Charles's career spans over two decades, with earlier positions such as IT Infrastructure Manager at Capital Index and Cisco UC/Voice Engineer at Dimension Data UKI, along with foundational roles in IT support and administration. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Scientific Computing from London South Bank University.
