David Brand

David Brand has a diverse work experience in finance and operations transformation within the marine and shipping industry. David has held roles such as Head of Finance at newcleo, Divisional Finance Director at AqualisBraemar LOC Group, and Finance Director in various capacities at Braemar Shipping Services PLC and V.Group. David has successfully managed financial functions, led divestments and acquisitions, and implemented process improvements throughout their career.

David Brand holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Hull (1986-1989) and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAEW (1989-1994). David has also obtained additional certifications in Project Management, Financial Accounting, and Leading at a Distance in 2021 from LinkedIn.
