Manuela Martinetto

Manuela Martinetto is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in managing HR systems and processes. Currently serving as the Global P&C Systems and Processes Manager at newcleo since October 2021, Manuela oversees the global Human Resource Management System while ensuring alignment with the company's People & Culture strategy. Previously, Manuela was the Human Resources Director, leading the HR Department in Italy for a workforce of 350. Prior roles include Human Resources Lead at Advanced Accelerator Applications, HR and Administrative Officer at Collegio IPASVI, HR Recruitment Specialist, and researcher roles at Telecom Italia and the European Commission. Manuela holds a Master's degree in Ergonomics from Corep e Politecnico di Torino and a Laurea magistrale in Psychology from Università degli Studi di Torino.
