Mwansa Chipasha Chpp

Mwansa Chipasha ChPP, MAPM, is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a strong background in the nuclear industry. Currently serving as Project Lead Engineer at newcleo since November 2022, Mwansa is responsible for the technical integration and project management of the company's Lead Fast Reactors. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Jacobs, where Mwansa managed complex technical projects in EDF's Investment Delivery Department, and as Operations Engineer at Horizon Nuclear Power, contributing significantly to the Wylfa Newydd Nuclear New Build project. Mwansa began a career in engineering as a Graduate Engineer at Horizon, after completing a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey, and also gained valuable experience as an Intern Project Manager at The Linde Group, focusing on environmental emissions.
