Matt Capstick is currently the Head of Operations at NewCold, where they have held various management roles since 2017, including Site Operations Manager and Site Manager. Prior to joining NewCold, they worked as a Shift Operations Manager in Logistics at Morrisons from 2014 to 2017 and served in multiple positions at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc from 2008 to 2012. Matt earned a Foundation degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from The University of Hull, following their GCSEs at Crofton High School.
