Piet Meijs

Piet Meijs is a seasoned professional in the logistics and material handling industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently, Piet serves as the Company Ambassador and VP of Business Development at NewCold, a leader in cold chain logistics that caters to high credit customers across Europe and the USA. Piet is also the owner of MICE consultancy BV, having held this position since November 2012. Prior to NewCold, Piet led Business Development at Partner Logistics Europe BV and was a Business Manager for the Tobacco Industry at Egemin NV, where responsibilities included exploring business opportunities in material handling systems and process automation. Piet began the career as a Sales Engineer for Material Handling Systems and later became a Sales Manager for Warehouse & Distribution Solutions at CSI Raamsdonksveer. Piet holds a degree in mechanical engineering from HBO University, completed between 1976 and 1980.
