Roberto Ceccarelli

Roberto Ceccarelli is a seasoned construction manager and project director with extensive international experience in real estate and construction. They have successfully supervised directors across various European countries, achieving exceptional results in construction costs, timing, energy savings, and quality perception, with a portfolio of 5 million square meters built and €8 billion in investments. Currently serving as Project Director at NewCold in Italy, they lead all construction investments from preliminary studies to final delivery. Roberto has held prominent roles with prestigious companies such as IKEA Group and Turner & Townsend, contributing significantly to the development of major projects throughout Europe. They hold a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of La Sapienza in Rome.
