Baatarmunkh Boldbaatar has a diverse work experience in various industries. Baatarmunkh is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Newcom Group, a Mongolian investment company with a wide range of businesses. Prior to this, they worked as an Airline Pilot at Jetstar Asia Airways from 2017 to 2021 and at All Nippon Airways as an Airline Pilot for Vanilla Air from 2014 to 2017. In 2014, Baatarmunkh briefly worked as a Lead Business Analyst at Newcom Group. Before that, they held the position of Deputy Director of Flight Operations at Eznis Airways LLC, where they were responsible for various operational aspects. Baatarmunkh also has experience as a Flight Instructor at Western Michigan University, where they provided comprehensive training to aspiring aviators.

Baatarmunkh Boldbaatar completed their education at Western Michigan University. Baatarmunkh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aviation flight science - professional pilot in 2005. Baatarmunkh later pursued further education and earned an MBA in Finance from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business in 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as FAA - Airline Transport Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration, JCAB - CPL from the Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau, MCAA - CPL from the Mongolian Civil Aviation Authority, and Singapore ATPL from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
