Odontuya Demid

Odontuya Demid has a diverse range of work experience. Odontuya is currently serving as the COO at Newcom Group since September 2022. Previously, they worked at Petrovis as the Chief HR Officer from August 2015 to September 2022. Before that, Odontuya was the HR Director at Permasteelisa Group from April 2013 to August 2015. Odontuya also worked at Newcom Group as the Human Resources Development Director from October 2010 to April 2013. Additionally, they have experience as the Research and Training Coordinator at Institute 4 Priority Thinking, where they were involved in recruitment, curriculum development, and training programs from February 2009 to March 2010. Furthermore, Odontuya started their career as an intern at Harris Interactive in 2008. Odontuya holds the position of Head of Education and Training Department at CMTU from June 1994 to September 2007.

Odontuya Demid completed their Bachelor's degree in English at the University of Humanity from 1990 to 1994. Odontuya further pursued their education and obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in Law from the National University of Mongolia, spanning from 1995 to 1997. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they attended the Rochester Institute of Technology and earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Development.
