Hugo Lastra, PE, is an experienced mechanical engineer with a diverse background in the engineering field. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer at Newcomb & Boyd since October 2008, Hugo has previously held positions such as HVAC Project Engineer at AHA Consulting Engineers and Mechanical Engineer/Client Manager at Saber Engineering. Early in the career, Hugo worked as a Mechanical Designer at Jordan & Skala Engineers, where expertise was developed over several years. Hugo earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 2001 and 2006.
