Chris Holland

Chris Holland has extensive experience in the funeral service industry, currently serving as an Area Manager at Newcomer Funeral Service Group since February 2009. Additionally, Chris Holland has been a member of the Board of Directors for Kansas Funeral Directors since October 2018 and has held the position of Mortuary Officer with the Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team Region VII (DMORT 7) since March 2013, contributing to federal mass fatality response efforts. Previously, Chris Holland was the Managing Funeral Director/Embalmer at Penwell Gabel Funeral Home & Crematory from February 2009 to February 2023. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship and a minor in Leadership studies from Kansas State University and a degree in Mortuary Science from Kansas City Kansas Community College.
