Rachel Bailey

Rachel Bailey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, human resources, and customer service. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Director and Head of Workforce at Newcross Healthcare Solutions, Rachel has previously held leadership roles including Director/Co-Owner at EweMove Stafford and Assistant Manager/Care Home Services Manager at Boots UK. With earlier experience as a Sales Team Leader at TNT Express and in customer services at Lloyds TSB, Rachel has demonstrated a strong ability in team management, operational improvement, and achieving key performance indicators. Additionally, Rachel is pursuing an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management and has completed an HR Business Partner Apprenticeship.
