Colten Parker-Cross Drawbaugh serves as Senior Assistant Vice President at NewDay USA since May 2021, recognized as the 2023 President’s Club Award Winner, ranking #5. A remarkable performer, Colten achieved over $34 million in personally funded refinance loan volume and contributed to over $125 million in total team refinance loan volume, assisting 116 veteran families. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President for both general and IT sectors at NewDay USA, where Colten excelled as the top sales representative and was honored with the 2022 President’s Club Award. Colten's background in sales also includes experience as Captain of Sales and Account Executive, alongside a position as Performance Coach at Power Train Sports and Fitness and Head Coach for Big Spring School District. Educationally, Colten holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, as well as involvement with the Wood Honors College.
