Nicole Hathorn

Nicole Hathorn is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in solution architecture and business analysis. With over a decade of experience, Nicole currently holds the position of Principal Solution Architect at NewDay, having progressed through roles as Business Solutions Architect and Senior Specialist Business Analyst since November 2019. Prior to NewDay, Nicole served as Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited from July 2017 to November 2019. Earlier career experiences include various roles at Open Box Software, including Senior Business Analyst and Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, from January 2010 to June 2017. Academically, Nicole holds a BA (Hons) in Information Systems, Geography, and Environmental Science from Rhodes University and has completed additional training in financial markets and instruments, as well as a workshop facilitation course.
