Brian Decker

Brian Decker has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Newell Brands since January 2011, where Brian has also held positions as Vice President, Chief Division Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, and Patent Counsel. Prior to Newell Brands, Brian worked as an Attorney at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP from September 2006 to January 2011 and served as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2000 to 2003. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School (2006) and a double major Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University (1999).
