Faisal Haroon

Faisal Haroon has extensive experience in the logistics industry. Faisal started their career at TCS Express & Logistics as a Relationship Manager Freight, where they specialized in arranging air, ocean, ground, and intermodal freight services for clients. Faisal then moved on to Routes Transport Group, where they served as the Manager of International Services, overseeing import/export operations and managing specialized transportation projects. Faisal later joined Convoy Logistics Providers Ltd. as an Operations - Project & Field Specialist, where they handled project operations and ensured ISO implementation of quality standards. Faisal then joined Buckland Custom Brokers Ltd. as a Senior Freight Specialist, where they managed import/export air and ocean services and provided cost analysis and feasibility. Faisal also worked at Icecorp Logistics Inc. as a Client Solutions Specialist, handling freight forwarding operations and customer service. Their most recent role is Director of International Operations at Newell's Express Worldwide Logistics Ltd., where they oversee international operations.

Faisal Haroon completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Software Engineering from the University of Alberta, where they attended from 2001 to 2003. Before that, they pursued University Studies in Computer Software Engineering at Keyano College from 2000 to 2001. In addition to their education, Faisal has obtained several certifications related to air transportation, cargo handling, and logistics. These certifications were achieved between 2009 and 2021 from various institutions such as the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA), Informa, Worksite Safety Compliance Centre, and WiseTech Global.
