Daniel Fraley

Daniel Fraley is an experienced professional in project operations and international development. Currently serving as the Director of Project Operations for the International Development Group at RTI International since March 2022, Fraley previously held key positions such as Supply Chain Management Business Process Owner at Catholic Relief Services and Deputy Chief of Party for USAID Jalin at DAI. Fraley's extensive background also includes senior management roles at Cardno International Development, Palladium, and Booz Allen Hamilton. With a strong foundation in international operations garnered during tenures at the Institute of International Education and academic roles at Southern Illinois University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Fraley holds a Master of Science in Administration in Parks and Recreation/Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure, Youth and Human Resources Management.
