Andy Boudreau has extensive work experience in various roles. Andy started their career at Greenfield-Central High School as an Information Technology Specialist and Webmaster, where they managed system resources and executed IT projects. Andy then moved on to Best Buy, where they held roles such as Sales Lead & Sales Consultant, General Manager, and Certified Gold Star Training Manager. In these positions, they focused on sales revenue, marketing efforts, and store performance evaluation. Currently, they are the Vice President of Customer Operations at New Era Technology, where they oversee project delivery, builds relationships with customers, and fosters collaboration across organizations.

Andy Boudreau attended Ivy Tech Community College from 2011 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Andy then went on to study at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2013 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as PMP® Certification Training Course from Simplilearn and various productivity and time management courses from LinkedIn. Andy also earned the Gold Star Trainer certification from Best Buy in 2015.
