Mike Pape

Mike Pape is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales leadership and event management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for the Midmarket Solutions Group at New Era Technology since December 2017, Mike has driven digital transformation initiatives for global clients and developed strategic business growth plans. As the owner of Executive Adventure Racing, Mike combines executive retreats with adventure racing, promoting team-building through thrilling experiences. Additionally, Mike serves as the Adventure Race Director at Moose Planet Adventure Racing, emphasizing the connection between adventure racing and environmental conservation. Other notable roles include Chief Apiarist at Poppy Apiaries and Director of Training & Simulation Solutions at Dedicated Computing. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Marquette University, as well as a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
