Veronica Vela is an experienced Exhibition Designer at Newfields since November 2009, specializing in the development and design of exhibitions and art rotations, while producing detailed drawings for various contractors. Previously, Veronica held roles as Retail Operations Assistant Manager, overseeing the e-commerce site of the Museum & Garden Shop, and as a Retail Associate, Design Intern, and Research and Evaluation Intern for "The Viewing Project," which aimed to enhance visitor engagement. Prior experience includes serving as Graduate Architect/Project Director at Perkins VonDeylen Architects, where project management and design assistance were primary responsibilities, and as an Intern Architect at Moore Ruble Yudell Architects & Planners. Veronica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture and BS in Environmental Design from Ball State University, a MS Ed in Art Education with a focus on Museum Education from Indiana University Bloomington, and ongoing studies in the International Architecture Program at Aalto University.
