Angelica Zapata

Angelica Zapata is an experienced Exhibition Designer at Expo Dubai Group, contributing to the Global Initiative of Expo City Dubai since August 2023. In this role, Angelica collaborates closely with leadership to support the concept and design development of large-scale exhibitions and events. Previously, as an Architect at Archiplexus from March 2018 to July 2023, Angelica developed numerous interior fit-out design projects and led teams in delivering over 100 spaces for the Thematic District Pavilions at Expo 2020. Early career experience includes an internship at Whitespace Architects, where Angelica gained hands-on experience in preparing tender documents and assisting with project updates. Angelica holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Canadian University Dubai, obtained in 2017.
