Kelly Beckman

Kelly Beckman has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and training sectors, currently serving as the Field Resource Training Manager at New Flyer since April 2009. Previous roles at New Flyer include Field Service Trainer, Production Superintendent, and Product Launch Manager, where responsibilities involved ensuring compliance with customer expectations and production readiness. Prior experience includes a position as a Continuous Improvement Specialist and IT Technician at Marvin Windows and Doors. Kelly Beckman holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Manufacturing Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston and an Associate degree in Information Systems from North Dakota State College of Science. Education was completed at Hazen High School.
