Lance Lavoie

Lance Lavoie has an extensive background in engineering and design, currently serving as Engineering Design Manager for Specialized Equipment and previously as Vehicle Application Engineering Manager and PDM Technical Lead at New Flyer since July 2014. Prior experience includes a Designer role at StandardAero from October 2012 to June 2014, and Solutions Engineer at Acrylon Plastics Inc. from November 2011 to October 2012. Earlier positions at New Flyer Industries from September 2006 to November 2011 encompassed roles as Technical Lead and Intermediate Designer. Lance's career began as a Manufacturing Technologist at Mercury Specialty Products from July 2004 to September 2006. Education was completed at the University of Manitoba (2008-2012) and RRC Polytech (2001-2003).
